We are pleased to be repeating the following extremely popular course commencing 23 January 2018:

What is mindfulness?
“Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, in a particular way, without judgment”. (Jon Kabat-Zinn)

NHS staff currently report high levels of stress at work related to increasing workloads and demands and limited resources. Mindfulness is a healthy sustainable way to manage stress.  Research suggests that mindfulness has a powerful and positive effect on health and well-being across a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
