SPMDN - Acas Managing Discipline and Grievance The Ayre Hotel Kirkwall

This course will help develop your knowledge and skills when managing or conducting employee discipline and or grievance procedures to enable you to conduct these processes with confidence.  During the session the ACAS Code of Conduct and the implications if it is not followed and the rights to accompaniment will also be explained.  Activities will allow delegates to work through some scenarios with varying outcomes.

Cancellation Notice:  Please be mindful that although this course is free for you to attend, NES has funded your place from public resources.  We expect a high demand but are unlikely to be able to fill places at short notice from busy General Practices.  Therefore, if you are unable to attend for any reason at all we would be very grateful if you could please let us know no later than 14 days before the event to avoid a £30 cancellation fee to cover committed venue and catering costs and to ensure we have the opportunity to try and fill your place.
