This FUNDED one day course will help you to identify your learning needs and then construct a self-directed learning plan to meet these needs. In addition, it will feature practical sessions on reflection, and also on quality improvement ideas and projects and a session on using SOAR to make your appraisal easy and constructive.  The course will be delivered in small groups of up to six practitioners with a mix of presentations, questions and answers and practical sessions.
