On Monday 23rd November at 1pm we will be runnign a free webinar for all GPs - Care of the Nursing Home patient as a GP from Anticipatory Care Planning to End of Life Care.

 

The webinar be delivered by Jude Marshall, GP and Clinical Lead for Anticipatory Care Planning, Glasgow City HSCP will cover ACP EOL, usual care of nursing home patients, polypharmacy and deprescribing, annual reviews and talking about dying.
